International Nurses - Come to NZ

Looking for a Permanent Job?

We are glad you’re making the move to New Zealand!

We appreciate that moving to another part of the world is a big decision and we are here to make your transition into the kiwi workforce as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

New Zealand has an advanced healthcare system with many pathways for internationally trained healthcare and aged care workers to gain registration and employment. We have in-depth knowledge of these processes, and have been placing successful international candidates for years.

We take the time to get to know you over the phone or Zoom before you arrive, and follow our usual extensive recruitment process to ensure we find the best fit for you. There is no cost to the candidate for our services.

Our Medcall team works with our clients to secure you a job offer and provides personalised support to you through the process of travelling to New Zealand and upon arrival. We stay in touch once you are here to make sure you are settling in well too.

Competence Assessment Programme (CAP)

Most international nurses are required to complete a Competence Assessment Programme (CAP) to be eligible for nursing roles in New Zealand. Medcall are proud to work with CAP students wanting to come to New Zealand, and we work with courses around NZ.

Medcall can process your application, provide you with all the necessary updates and information along the way, ensure you have accommodation sorted, and can provide transport to accommodation once you arrive.

Our CAP administrator is very experienced, and available to you for advice and support prior to arrival, and any time while you complete your training.

Find more information about CAP here.
