Your role:

  • Oversee & drive clinical services as a Clinical Manager
  • There will be two Clinical Managers! One specialising dementia care, the other for the hospital & rest home level
  • Work alongside & mentor your team
  • Be an advocate for your lovely residents
  • Enjoy support from your manager, who you will both report to and work closely with
  • Be confident handling your clinical budget and auditing process


Our well-established client is after 2x skilled Clinical Managers who have experience in psychogeriatric care. You will be part of a supportive head office, great community reputation, stable staff, and you will be confident in your career move. You will need:

  • NZ Nursing registration and APC
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Manager in aged care
  • Prior experience with psychogeriatric care
  • InterRAI experience ideally preferred
  • Motivation, energy, and passion for what you do
  • Great decision making, time management and organisational skills
