We are in need of an experienced leader for a Facility Manager role based in New Plymouth in this well-established, modern, medium-sized aged care facility that offers rest home and hospital level care. Ideally you will have your APC.


The Role:

If you consider yourself passionate about aged care, coaching, building relationships, and have confidence in financial management, you will be a great fit to lead this fantastic team. It is a full time, permanent role Monday – Friday.

  • Share your passion for providing excellent care and support to seniors
  • Oversee quality care provision & highest standard of accreditation
  • Be the conduit between residents, families, staff, government agencies and allied providers
  • Manage your team leaders & senior staff as they lead the troops
  • Ensure a positive, strong and enabling team culture
  • Manage site financial reporting and budget


About You:

  • Proven aged care management experience; ideally with prior clinical experience
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
  • Background of financial reporting / budgets
  • Existing networks & experience working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • And of course a passion for working with the elderly


Your oversight, knowledge of the sector and management experience will be a perfect match for this highly respected, well-established facility.
