Working In NZ
We’re glad you’re making the move to New Zealand!
We appreciate that moving to another part of the world is a big decision and we are here to make your transition into the Kiwi workforce as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
New Zealand has an advanced healthcare system with many pathways for internationally trained healthcare and aged care workers to gain registration and employment. We have in-depth knowledge of these processes, and have been placing successful international candidates for years.
We take the time to get to know you over the phone or Skype before you arrive, and follow our usual extensive recruitment process to ensure we find the best fit for you. There is no cost to the candidate for our services.
International nurses are required to complete a CAP (Competency Assessment Programme) to be eligible for nursing roles in New Zealand. We are proud to work with the Wesley Institute of Learning, which offers one of the highest-quality training opportunities in the country. Wesley courses are available in Auckland and Hawkes Bay throughout the year, and you are able to consult us for advice and support at any time while you complete your training.
We will work to find you an enjoyable role and help you assimilate into the Kiwi way of life. We can give advice on locations and we have connections nationwide, so you will be spoilt for choice. Whether you are considering a permanent move or a working holiday, we have a huge variety of roles on offer, providing many rewarding professional and personal benefits. We can’t wait to help you embark on your New Zealand adventure!
