Our client, a well known and highly respected provider in the aged care sector, needs a wonderful Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the clinical team. Naturally you will have NZ Nursing registration, current APC and at least 4 years in a senior leadership capacity with the aged care sector.
You will oversee the clinical care service delivery, making sure your teams are efficient, highly skilled and ‘onto it’.
Working alongside the Manager, you will be a high achieving team together, mentoring the staff, as they implement the Eden Philosophy of care, providing a home-like environment for your residents.
Passionate about the care of the elderly, you will throw yourself into this role, making sure your site is covered for internal audits and compliance, the care exceeds expectations, the teams work together and create a welcoming and safe place for your residents.
This is a Mon- Fri role, working day time hours, where you will be part of the management team making this site hum!
