Offering the full suite of services, from independent / supported living, to rest home and hospital level care, this site is supported by Head Office and a Regional Manager who are there to assist you.
You will need to come from an aged care management background, have a current APC and will need to be commercially onto it, able to balance the books and run this site profitably.
Your awesome interpersonal skills will see you bring existing networks and connections to the role, allowing you to easily adjust to the role. And to top it off, you will be a manager who is able to build a strong and loyal team, as you mentor your staff, bringing out the best in them.
