We have an exciting vacancy for a highly experienced Village Manager within the Aged Care sector- a booming area of growth, innovation and opportunity for people-centered leaders!

This complex offers a full range of services to residents:  rest home, hospital and independent living.  Not just another management role, we are looking for someone with a strong history of excellent management, flair and innovation.

Overseeing & reporting on

• Financial performance and operational targets
• facility management, maintenance and contracted providers
• staff engagement and development,
• stakeholder relationships / networking
• client / resident & family satisfaction
• audit and certification 
• resource management

You will have:

• proven service delivery/ leadership and management of multi-services
• a focus on best practice and genuine quality care/services
• passion and flair, strategic planning / implementation
• HR/staff management experience of large and varied workforce –your ability to bring people along is a key part to role.
• Strong $$ financial management and reporting experience.

This is close to running your own business without actually owning it - you need to be able to take responsibility, think for yourself, work autonomously and also appreciate you are part of a wider, highly strategic and clever organisation...
