• Ensure the very best in care to your residents
• Manage a clinical team of RN's and carers
• HR & staff management
• Oversee day to day services and financial management
• Meet KPI's based on occupancy, staffing and budget
Because you already have significant leadership / management experience in the aged care sector, you will be proficient with managing your budget, financial accountability, staff management and training, and of course clinically onto it!
This will only be superseded by your wonderful communication skills, friendliness, sense of fun and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with your residents, their families and staff alike.
