How long have you worked for Medcall?  

I have worked at Medcall for one year now.

What got you into aged care?  

I have been in this industry for 3 and year was a bit apprentice to get into this field of work but I am glad I did, it has really been amazing for me I find it very rewarding and I truly enjoy it getting to know people and learning their stories.

What have you enjoyed about working for Medcall

This company has been really awesome to work for I have a super supportive manger, sometimes being on call can be a bit tricky but the flexibility of Medcall makes it very easy to work around my schedule which gives me time keep up with my actives outside of work.   

Any advice for people looking to get into aged care

As long as you have passion helping people and taking the time to get to know them I think you will really enjoy it, it is a very rewarding job that keeps you super grounded.
