This facility in Thames needs your effective leadership to lead a clinical team that oversees the quality care of 70 residents at the rest home, hospital, and dementia level care. If you bring aged care management experience, can confidently provide mentorship and guidance, and can utilise your expertise to build upon clinical improvements, contact us now to not miss out!

 

About You:

  • Current APC and NZ Nursing Registration
  • Experienced Clinical Manager who is genuinely passionate about aged care
  • Are able to work with and empower residents who have different needs
  • Love mentoring, educating, and providing support to your staff
  • Have a strong clinical background and budget management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Broad knowledge of the NZ aged care industry & Health & Disability Service Standards
