  • Support Workers and Registered Nurses have flexible hours and can choose shifts that suit them 
  • Medcall office staff are given flexibility around hours, remote working and job sharing - supported by advanced remote technology 
  • Parents returning from extended parental leave may be able to agree to a gradual return to full time hours of work where the job allows.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) 

  • EAP is a confidential counselling service available to all Medcall employees. This is managed by referral through an external company in conjunction with the Wellbeing Consultants. 
  • EAP can be used for a variety of work or personal development and use of this service is encouraged by Medcall 
  • Medcall will cover the costs of three visits
